Like most coaches, I believe that you know your role, yourself, your sector, your organisation the best, and that you have access to all the answers. It’s my job to help you find the answers, by asking questions, supporting you through change, and giving you useful tools to use.
With my experience from start-ups and early stage small charities, I am particularly suited to working with people in those types of organisations – where you have a vision and you know what you want to do, but you might be struggling to get there, resources might be slim, and burnout feels like it’s always on the horizon. I can help you get to grips with transitions, make a plan you’re happy with, and get you closer to achieving that vision.
I coach CEOs and founders, fundraisers and programme managers, educators and facilitators – and more.
I’ve been using coaching in my own work and life for over ten years. Having been introduced to the concept early in my working life, in 2011-2012 I trained with Training Attention and achieved my NLP Practitioner and my Institute of Learning and Management Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, as well as training in Clean Language. I’ve coached colleagues, teams and private clients, and developed my own style and approach.
I’d love to speak to you about your needs – email me to set up a call.
